Qurate brings in your direct messages and @mentions and allows you to parse through the important ones with three important functions:
1. Remove. Already taken care of a tweet? Just remove the tweet from Qurate never to be seen again!
2. Delegate. Have a team member who needs to take care of something for you? Delegate the tweets to them via in-app email.
3. Star. Need to make sure you respond? Star the communication!
"I deal with over 150 individual communications in a day. Its hard to keep up. Qurate has changed how I use Twitter. I dont have to immediately follow up to every Tweet to make sure Ive gotten them all. At the end of the day, I can look through the app and keep the Tweets I still need to get to."
